Updating my review now that I’ve had my car for just about a year and have taken my car into the service department a few times — they are also amazing to work with. The service technicians are great as well as the advisors. I never dread having to take my car in to get serviced. Tim Dahle Mazda in Murray provides excellent customer service all around . Amazing car-buying experience! I had an excellent experience buying my new car here. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted, and there was no haggling, they were flexible and willing to work with me, and they answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. A big shout-out to Melvin, my sales guy, he was awesome! He made me feel comfortable, kept things straightforward, and got me into my new car quickly without spending all day at the dealership. The whole team carried themselves with great professionalism and made the experience enjoyable.
