Great! I got there, was checked in quickly. I got a comprehensive video of the check up, then they got me on my way! My rep was very patient walking me through the repairs I needed and (importantly, I think) not pushy about it.:)
They did great. Caught some problems that would not have been caught otherwise. Car runs great now.

Craig who helped me in the service department was great!! I love how they really treat you as friends and I love coming to this location!! They truly help you out and explain what’s really needed for your vehicle, not pushing something on you that’s not really necessary. He helped me stay within my budget and noted items that I asked would need done in the future and what order I should have them done. He and the entire team are Amazing!!! Super happy with this location!!!!!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!!
Phenomenal service as always, staff was kind and understanding. Despite coming into unexpected issues Jane was understanding and she was able to answer all my questions and Stanis was my tech and he was able to quickly replace the parts needed to insure I was able to drive back home safely.
Mazda was our second dealership stop of the day. When we got there, Matt met us outside. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. He found us a car and had us go on a loop he had planned out for the test drive. I'm not really a big fan of dealers attending on test drives, but Matt knew what route to take for us to experience the car. My wife loved her experience at Mazda as did I. We will be back for our next car when that time comes! Update: Still 5 star review! Took the car in for it's first oil change and they went over a lot of things to make sure the car was in good working condition. Happy customer.
