I made an appointment online. Got in at 8:20am the next morning. I arrived and check-in process was less than 5 minutes. I had a lane car and was out the door within less than 10 minutes. They sent me so my updates by text with videos. It was so fast, seamless and smooth. I have never had such an easy process before. Jane was very kind and professional. You just can't expect much better with service. I did not end up having issues with my car, but I'm gratefully didn't push any extras on me, as has always been the case at any dealer I've been to in the past!

I go to the dealership for the quarterly servicing. The service is fantastic - fast, prompt, and detailed. They also have a three pack oil-change package that you can purchase that saves money. Jane at the check in desk is terrific.
