I made an appointment online. Got in at 8:20am the next morning. I arrived and check-in process was less than 5 minutes. I had a lane car and was out the door within less than 10 minutes. They sent me so my updates by text with videos. It was so fast, seamless and smooth. I have never had such an easy process before. Jane was very kind and professional. You just can't expect much better with service. I did not end up having issues with my car, but I'm gratefully didn't push any extras on me, as has always been the case at any dealer I've been to in the past!
I go to the dealership for the quarterly servicing. The service is fantastic - fast, prompt, and detailed. They also have a three pack oil-change package that you can purchase that saves money. Jane at the check in desk is terrific.
I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years, and Aysar and Gabby at Tim Dahle Mazda were outstanding. Aysar went above and beyond to hunt down the exact Miata I wanted, a Soul Red RF Club with a manual transmission. It wasn’t an easy car to find, but he made it happen. He also got me an incredible deal, even better than the internet pricing I found. There were no games, just great communication, honesty, and a genuine desire to earn my business. His follow up after the sale has been just as impressive. He checks in, answers questions quickly, and truly cares that I’m happy with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare. Gabby was wonderful as well. She was patient, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in.
